The T260HD is designed to be extremely efficient and uses up to a third less power than other monitors in its class. It comes with a monitor stand that can tilt up to 20 degrees for optimal viewing and a full-feature remote control. The monitor’s speakers reside underneath the screen and provide a total of 6 watts of audio power (3 watts per channel).

4 Stars Surprisingly nice PC monitor and backroom TV
This monitor is the primary display in my “man cave.” It’s connected to a PC/DVR, an XBox360, and an over-the-air HD antenna. I also have a smaller 19″ 720p monitor that’s connected to a Verizon FiOS HD receiver.
As a PC monitor, I have no complaints – 1900×1200, nice brightness and sharp text. It works great as an HTPC DVR and Netflix monitor for across-the-room viewing, or watching video in a nice big window while using the rest of the desktop. It’s big enough to watch in a smaller room like my office, though it would be too small for our living room.
I use discreet speakers connected to the PC, so I can’t comment on the onboard speakers. The remote is simple and straightforward, but the TV is also compatible with my universal remotes.
The two HDMI inputs is nice, but the side-access port is better suited for temporary hookups; it takes away from the prettiness otherwise. I also like the VGA, DVI, Component, antenna, and RCA video/audio ports.
No real complaints to speak of. It just works, and my aging eyes like the 25.5″ real estate – it’s not much more than 24″, but it makes a difference.

I looks good and it does exactly what it says it will. Picture has true color. Delivery is speedy. What’s not to like?
4 Stars Quality Picture for a Good Price
We needed a TV that would fit in a built-in location in our bedroom so we were limited to exterior physical dimensions. We chose Samsung based on experiences of our friends and relatives and our previous bad luck with 2 Sony TV’s. We know that this is primarily a monitor but it’s picture excels as a TV. The only complaint is that the sound is weak and the font on the caption is very small resulting in a 4* rating. The price through Amazon and $[...] [...] from the manufacturer sweetened the deal.

I really don’t understand what’s TOC in this TV. Beside that, I think this TV is very good. I don’t see any meaning of TOC.
5 Stars Check with manufacturer before ordering
This is a great monitor (and HDTV).
My disappointment was that in the Amazon description it stated “…monitor enables you to watch your favorite TV program while working on you PC. Now that’s multi-tasking!”. That is not true. The input is only one source at a time, therefore it is either TV or PC or any other input source you might have. The description has since been corrected.
Therefore, I suggest that if you need a specific function in a product; call the manufacturer’s technical support before ordering. Don’t trust the marketing description.
Amazon was very gracious about returning the T260HD, but I decided to keep it since I could not find another monitor/HDTV that could do all the funcitons I wanted.
