User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Works well
I just got this and it works well with my iPod Touch. I have a screen protector on my iPod Touch and it works well through that. Sometimes it seems that it needs a little extra pressure, but I’m sure some of that has to do with the way the iPod touch screen work (capacitive, not pressure sensitive).

4 Stars A quality product
I thought the stylus was a little expensive, but it did come with a very handy clip holder and after several months use.

It still works well.

5 Stars great product!
The stylus is great. Very durable and it sure makes my touch screen have no fingerprints on it. I got it within a couple of days of my purchase also.

2 Stars Don’t buy from Ten One Design
This may be a great product but since I can’t get Ten One Design to deliver on product I may never know! I keep getting the run around so buy it from someone else instead of Ten One Design directly. I would hate for anyone to have the kind of headache I have had. Now they won’t reimburse me for my total price only the cost of the product. So, I am having to eat shipping cost on a product I never recieved!

1 Star Buyer Beware: Does not work for all hands
Had a chance to try one of these that a friend ordered on my iPod touch 2G. It works okay for him with a little pressure, but it did not work at all for myself and another friend. It does not seem to be able to sense all hands on a device like the iPod touch.

Lenmar AC Adapter for up to Four USB Powered Devices

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars plenty of power
This is just what I’d hoped. It charges my BlackBerry, iPhone, and Bluetooth headset all at once from only one outlet. I’m going to buy another one for travel.

5 Stars Great for travel
Fortunately, mobile devices are finally converging on the USB 5v power standard. Now, if only the world could agree on an electrical outlet standard. This well-made unit addresses both sides of the power adapter challenge. Don’t think you’ll ever need four USB power ports? At first that’s what I thought, too. Now I am already traveling with THREE.

The Lenmar adapter was a godsend on a recent trip overseas. It worked like a charm.

One word of warning: When traveling, one often needs to charge everything overnight. Make sure you bring enough USB cables so all your gadgets can charge at once. The four USB ports are useless without cables.

5 Stars Excellent for Ipod touch 2nd gen AND Zen Vision M
I love this adapter. Definitely buy this over any other charger. Works well with the IPOD touch 2nd gen with no problems. You can use the ipod while charging with no issues. I also have an old Zen vision M player that I had bought a USB charger for long ago and I no longer need that accessory now because this charger works just as well. I’m tempted to find every USB chargeable thing in my apt to see if this is compatible (ie the PS3 controller).

I would definitely recommend this item. The price is more reasonable than Apple’s adapters. It does the same thing and it has the add on bonus of several outlet options for traveling. I haven’t used them yet but I bet it’ll be handy this summer when I’m abroad!

4 Stars Works great
I bought this device to make a charging station for all my battery powered devices. It’s the only product I could find that charges more than two USB devices simultaneously, and it works perfectly for this purpose. My only complaint is that, for what it is, I find it fantastically expensive. Single port USB chargers can be had for $2 or $3 on eBay. Why should a four port USB charger cost almost 10X as much as a single port charger? I would have happily paid $10; paying over $20 made me pause a long time.

5 Stars wonderful usb power
I have a few usb powered electronics, like skype phone and archos404. It is not convenient to always charge them with computer usb ports. So I ordered this and now I could get upto four small things charged at the same time. Sweet this travel adapter has a few international plug adapters so you could travel the world no worrying about the short of power. Highly recommend it!

Dock Cradle for iPhone 3G iPod Touch 2nd Gen with AV out and AC

Dock Cradle for iPhone 3G iPod Touch 2nd Gen with AV out and AC

This premium construcion dock station specifically made for latest generation Apple iPhone including, but not limited to: Apple iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 2nd Generation, and Nano 4th Generation The new design includes the AV out for iPhone that can be used with the new Apple 30-pin AV cable to watch videos from your iPhone to TV. Works with all older versions of iPod too – the new AV out is only needed for the latest generation Apple iPhone 3G(iPod Classic, iPod Nano 3G, iPod Touch, Touch 2nd Gen, and Nano 4th Gen) that require you to use 30-pin Apple AV cable. The dock station also includes a 3.5mm AV out that can be used with older generation iPods for A/V out, or for connecting your headphone/earphone to all iPod/iPhone models. This is a must have accessory if you are looking to watch video from new generation iPods to your TV (please note that you will need to have the Apple 30-pin AV cable to connect this unit to your TV).

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Good stand
If you need A/V, then think of this as just a stand, not a dock, and you’ll need an iPod A/V cable. For example, I purchased this with Griffin Component Video Cable for iPod and iPhone, which plugs into the back of this “stand” and allows me to hook it up an iPhone 3g to a TV (note that the cable is not made for iPhone 3g so it does display that annoying error every time it gets plugged in).

4 Stars Not Perfect – But Quite Useful
This device falls down on the headphone AV output jack, but has other features that are easily, to me, worth the money.

You get all these features for your 3G iPhone:

- a universal iPod cradle

- an extra AC power adapter

- an extra USB cable that can sync your device, recharge it, or both

- 30 pin AV output that you can use to play good quality videos on your TV (once you purchase the special AV cable from Apple)

You do NOT get:

- usable headphone audio output from the cradle for your 3G iPhone. On my unit, the audio plays thru the headphone and the iPhone speaker at the same time. Not very useful.

If you must have the headphone output, you’ll be disappointed.

If all you need is an extra AC power adapter, a decent cradle with sync/power cable, and video output capability, then you’ll be very happy with this product, as I am.

1 Star No Audio Out
This device has an audio output on a phono jack, but it just plain doesn’t work. This is anything but clear from the language “The dock station also includes a 3.5mm AV out that can be used with older generation iPods for A/V out, or for connecting your headphone/earphone to all iPod/iPhone models.”

A better description would have saved me a purchase and return.

2 Stars Allows Synch but does not allow audio output via AV Out
I purchased this dock to allow me to (1) power my iphone off of the USB cable on my employer’s laptop and (2) allow me to play audio via external speakers directly connected to the dock. While this dock does allow me to power (and synch) my iphone, it does not allow me to output the audio via the “AV Out” jack provided on the dock. While I can still hear the audio via the iPhone’s small speaker or output audio via the iPhone’s av/out jack, both of these options defeat the purpose of the dock. I am returning the dock, hopefully, for a refund.

5 Stars you can’t beat this product in this price range
This dock is amazing since for only $12 you get both the dock and the miniUSB cable(beat that, Apple!). It’s great to have the AV out and audio out on the dock as well – usually you have to pay more for a dock to have these features. Audio out is really useful if you like to play music form your iphone via PC speakers like I do. Adapters for various devices are included. Dock looks great with my black iPhone3G – don’t know how it would work with the white one.

The only thing I wish for is a sharper tilt angle when the phone is on the dock so the phone would “face me” more. But I fix this by moving the dock further away from me.

Nike + iPod
Get the most out of your workout.

Tune Your Run
iPod touch now includes built-in Nike + iPod support. Just slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike+ shoe and start your run. Tune Your Cardio Workout
This feature also works with new cardio equipment available in many fitness centers. Just look for treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and stationary bikes that are Nike + iPod compatible.

Sync with Nikeplus.com
When you get back to your computer, sync your iPod touch via iTunes and transfer your exercise data to nikeplus.com, where you can track your workouts, set goals, and challenge friends.

Multi-Touch
iPod touch features the same revolutionary interface as iPhone.

Glide, Flick, Pinch
Built to take full advantage of the large 3.5-inch display, the Multi-Touch touchscreen interface lets you control everything using only your fingers. So you can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flick through photos and enlarge them with a pinch, zoom in and out on a section of a web page, and control game elements precisely.

How it Works
The Multi-Touch display layers a protective shield over a capacitive panel that senses your touch using electrical fields. It then transmits that information to the LCD screen below it. iPod touch software enables the flick, tap, and pinch.

Type with the Touchscreen Keyboard
iPod touch features an intelligent touchscreen keyboard perfect for browsing the web in Safari, getting directions on a map, searching for videos on YouTube, finding music on the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store, or adding new contacts. It analyzes keystrokes to suggest words as you type and correct spelling errors automatically. And because it’s software based, it changes its keys to support typing in multiple languages.

iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks.

Accelerometer
iPod touch responds to motion using a built-in accelerometer.

Responds to Movement
iPod touch detects when you rotate it from portrait to landscape, then automatically changes the contents of the display. So you immediately see the entire width of a web page, view a photo in its proper aspect ratio, or control a game using only your movements.

How it Works
The accelerometer inside iPod touch uses three elements: a silicon mass, a set of silicon springs, and an electrical current. The silicon springs measure the position of the silicon mass using the electrical current. Rotating iPod touch causes a fluctuation in the electrical current passing through the silicon springs. The accelerometer registers these fluctuations and tells iPod touch to adjust the display accordingly.

Perfect for Gaming
Accelerometer technology really shines when you play games because it immerses you in the action. It’s perfect for racing games–where your entire iPod touch acts as a steering wheel–and for tap-and-tilt games like Super Monkey Ball, in which your character responds to your every movement.

Wireless
Connect iPod touch to the Internet anywhere there’s a wireless network.

Connect Automatically
iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks. If you’ve never used a particular network, it asks you to enter a password the first time, and it remembers the password from then on. So the next time you’re within range, it connects automatically.

Surf’s Up
Now you can send email from a coffee shop. Surf the web at the airport. Shop for games from your couch. Browse, buy, and download music from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store at select Starbucks locations or other wireless hotspots in your area.

5 Stars love the touch
i have a 1st gen and a 2nd gen, they both rock, the 2nd gen is faster and has the ability to raise and lower volume by a outside button. only flaws seem to be youtube videos sometimes freeze, and web pages seem to get “stuck” every now and again. turning the unit completely off “hold down the power button untill the red off slider appears” and restarting it clears up the glitches. i love my ipods.

5 Stars an awesome toy for adults!!!
I will make this short and sweet. This is an awesome piece of equipment. I am 41 and treated myself to a birthday present. This gadget is a lot of fun, a lot of features.I have not been able to put this thing down. Love the games, lots of free applications, stores tons of music, games, video etc. I can not even list everything, too much to mention. Get a case for it though, scrathes VERY easily. Get one today, wish the price was cheaper but still so worth it.

5 Stars Ipod Touch
Product really cool, goes online, can be used as a PDA, music, video, good stuff, small, durable.

5 Stars Very Nice!
I waited a long time before I decided on this product. It is expensive but I wouldn’t call it overpriced. The whole unit is quality built and very versatile. I haven’t touched my PSP or Archos since purchasing this. Well done Apple!

Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) LATEST MODEL

I purchased this item as a deal between Amazon.com and Audible.com which gave me $100 off on the purchase. I am a truckdriver. teaming with my husband. I use audio books to survive the long midnight driving that I must do. I have gone through half a dozen other MP3 players, but NONE have given me the satisfaction that this ipod touch has~! When driving, I need the ability to see and access the audible books I need quickly. This ipod is THE BOMB~! I love it~!! I especially love the apps I can get, the podcasts as well as all the music that it contains. I even purchased a movie to watch on a recent flight which had no movies to entertain me. The visuals on it are fantastic, the games are impressive and overall, I could not say more about this item. It is a ‘MUST HAVE’ for me from now on~!

Get in the Game
Developers all over the world are creating exciting games unlike anything you’ve ever seen on an iPod or mobile device. Many games come alive with stunning 3D graphics and immerse you in the action with the advanced technologies in iPod touch. There’s even a built-in speaker, so you can hear all the action.

Tilt, Turn, and Go
The built-in accelerometer actually responds to your movements, so you can tilt and turn your iPod touch to control the action. Rotate, zoom, and pan in more than a dozen standard file and image formats, including PDF; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and iWork.

Access it All
Access your email from popular providers–including MobileMe, Microsoft Exchange, Yahoo! Mail, Google Gmail, and AOL–and most industry-standard IMAP and POP mail systems.

Send Fast
iPod touch recognizes email addresses in different applications. If you run across an email address on a web page or a map listing, for example, just tap it; iPod touch opens a new message and addresses it for you.

See Traffic
Maps on iPod touch shows you live traffic information, indicating traffic speed along your route in easy-to-read green, red, and yellow highlights.

Organized by Groups
If you keep your contacts organized into groups–such as co-workers, friends, family, and so on–iPod touch will, too. And iPod touch can hold more than just names, email addresses, and phone numbers. You also can track birthdays, websites, nicknames, and notes.

Nike + iPod
Get the most out of your workout.

Tune Your Run
iPod touch now includes built-in Nike + iPod support. Just slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike+ shoe and start your run. The sensor communicates wirelessly with your iPod touch, tracking your time, distance, and calories burned. It even gives you voice feedback on your progress.

5 Stars Ipod Touch
