This card is fast and reliable, and works perfectly in my Panasonic Lumix digital camera. I am extremely pleased with the performance thus far.

5 Stars Works fine with my Aiptek GVS
I use this card in my Aiptek HD GVS camcorder and it works great in that device. It also works fine in the built in SD card reader in my Gateway notebook. So, no complaints here.

One thing though for Amazon – I got this card for free with purchase of the Aiptek. Unfortunately, it seems like the “frustration free” version didn’t work with the combo deal. It would be nice if it did.

I’m sure the product is good, but it turned that it didn’t work in any of my devices. I didn’t realise SDHC doesn’t work in everything.

Bought it to get free shipping on entire order. But to my surprise it is a great memory card! never had trouble with it, even after 1000+ pictures.

I had intended to buy this card with a camera but the camera wound up being out of stock. Instead of contacting me, Amazon sent the card and I paid almost as much on the shipping as on the card — which I could have gotten at the local Walmart for about the same price. I’m happy with the product but not so much with Amazon.

5 Stars Great memory card reader
This little reader does it all. It reads and writes to memory with ease. Simply plug in the card and plug the reader into your computer. The Kingston logo flashes when a card is accessed. The card bay slides inward which is a nice feature and it comes with the extension USB cable, a must. Not sure how well it works with Vista, but XP has no problems with it. For the size and the price, a must have for people who use multiple memory cards at the same time and are on the move.

2 Stars Does NOT read 16GM Kingston CompactFlash Card
I bought this card reader, along with a Kingston 16gb CF memory card, to use for copying photos I take with my digital camera.

My first impression of the unit is that the construction was pretty flimsy; but my real concern (and reason for the 2 star rating) is that this reader DOES NOT read a 16gb CF memory card made by the same manufacturer.

When attempting to download photos from my high capacity memory card onto my hard drive, the reader was able to read and download the ONLY the first 1mg. After that, it gave me a “can’t read from device” error and the drive represented by the reader disappeared from list of devices shown under My Computer. Consequently, I had to disconnect the USB cable and then plug it back in again.

I tried the above download operation several times; but I got the same error each time.

I will be returning this unit; so if anyone out there knows of a memory card reader that does work with high capacity memory cards … please let me know its make and model.

Well made product, would be perfect but cord is a bit short, 2 more inches and perfect five stars.

I am very pleased with this card reader. It is quick, versatile and I really like the feature enabling protection of the memory card while inserted in the reader. I use it mainly for SDHC cards and it is quick to upload into my computer. I received this item before the estimated date. Would recommend it to anyone needing a reader.

5 Stars works fine
I use it on windows XP and Mac OS 10.1.4 and 10.1.5 without any problem. I’ve used 1GB (or less) Compact Flash Cards and Sony Memory Stick (full size as well as duo) and it has worked perfectly.
