Like the other Transcend SDHC cards I have, this one works also nicely (performance and reliable). The card reader is a good add on with the 90 degrees slot for the card.

5 Stars Well worth the money
I bought this because I thought it was a card reader WITH an 8GB card and imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw it was an 8GB card WITH a reader. (Just kidding).

But I did buy this for the reader part. My old 12 in 1 reader was no good with the SDHC cards and the replacement I bought for that didn’t support SDHC either, so back to the store there.

I’ve seen some of the tests people made and I can confirm that the sustained write speed is about 10MB/s (for a 3 GB file)

You really cannot complain with this deal. For those with reader issues, (I don’t), this reader and card are sealed in the same plastic case. If your items are separate, then beware.

One thing that did strike me (maybe this is the same for all higher capacity cards (8GB+) is that the card is somewhat thicker than my 4GB SanDisk cards. I don’t think this is a huge problem, but you might find the card slightly “sticky” to get in and out of your portable devices. Fingernails helpful…

4 Stars Fast read/write, Good combo offer
Bought this as i would get the SD card + reader, i initially bought this for my Nikon D40, which does support SDHC perfectly well.

The read & write speeds are really fast, and pretty much up to the mark.I am not an expert, and hence havent measured the exact read/write speeds, but can definitely tell that its up to the mark!.

After doing a little bit of reasearching, i found the price of buying this combo is almost approx the cost of buying the SD card alone, so if your planning to get the SD card only, rethink if you could shell in a couple more bucks to grab the reader as well.

And yeah definitely double check to see if you are getting this for your digital camera/slr that its compatible with the SDHC type.

I ordered this product twice from amazon.com and both times it came without the owners manual and mounting bracket. Once the package inside the packaging had been opened so amazon tried to off a used item to me. I will not be using amazon.com again or buying Polk products online.

Full, rich sound with a good bass effect from the rear port. Would only use for rear surround speakers, since their small size would not bring enough sound by themselves to properly fill a room.

2 Stars Bought 5 – 4 broke
The shipping cost was 10x the amount for the adaptors. I bought 5 and although they were marked as Motorola chargers 4 out of 5 broke and they were pretty much disposable. I was planning on giving some away as spares to friends and family, but after the first 2 broke I decided to keep them all vs., giving junk out to people I care about.

Though the little case is fine for what it is, Amazon touts it as a popular purchase for Olympus UZ 590 buyers. That’s a real laugh, and misleading, as the camera case doesn’t begin to fit that camera. It is a tiny case!

My son is going to Europe for a trip and needs a nice camera case. This one fits the bill since it protects the camera and is stylish. He was pleased with it. I would highly recommend this case. It’s soft but also protective.

1 Star Should Have Listened To Reviewers
This is garbage. Just like other reviewers said, the plastic front fell off after about a half-dozen uses. At least it wasn’t the first day like some. The product would have been great otherwise. I called Belkin for a replacement as the package says it has a lifetime guarantee. Problem is, they don’t make it anymore. They offered a credit, but for what? Amazon made it all good by accepting the return and crediting my Amazon.com account. Avoid this. I bought another armband at a local store. So far, so good.

1 Star Not worth the money
I bought this for my son for Christmas. The first time he put his iphone in, it split open. It looks like it was heat-sealed, and poorly at that. Don’t bother with this. Look for one that’s been sewn.

The metal band where you insert the strap broke off during my run on the treadmill. Luckily my headphones kept it from flying onto the ground, but it was so unexpected and awkward I about fell off the treadmill when it happened. I do not work out that much, and this thing only lasted about 4 months. It is just poorly made.

Great armband. Much more comfortable than others I’ve owned. Band is very adjustable so would work for about any size arm. I also love the key slot, when I go running I hate carrying my keys.
